Founder Readiness & Mentorship
We provide hands-on coaching in venture thinking, storytelling, and collaboration—helping you grow from researcher to founder while staying close to the science.
PI Role & SBIR/STTR Execution
You lead as PI on SBIR/STTR Phase I & II proposals based on your research, with Qen Labs handling strategy, modeling, and operational support so you can focus on the work.
Product & Market Experiments
Together we design low-risk experiments with early users, refining the problem statement, product shape, and business model before you fully commit to a spin-out.
